Respecting Appointment Time & Booking Policies

Indulgence deepens when trust, timing, an intentions align

My studio is not built on volume — it is built on quality. I do not schedule appointments simply to fill my day; I book intentionally to ensure each client receives focused attention and an unhurried experience. Providing a high standard of care requires energy, presence, and time to reset between sessions, and that preparation is essential to maintaining the atmosphere and professionalism my studio is known for.

Each year, I find it important to revisit a few core studio policies that ensure every client experience remains smooth, professional, and enjoyable. Honoring your scheduled appointments, communicating clearly, and respecting time commitments are essential to building trust, consistency, and a high-quality experience. When appointments are kept and expectations are understood, sessions can unfold naturally, allowing us to relax fully and settle into a deeper, more indulgent state of care.

Running a professional studio requires structure, preparation, and mutual respect. Every appointment is carefully scheduled to allow for:

• Your full session time

• Proper room sanitization

• Reset and preparation for the next client

When a client arrives late, that time is deducted from their session. I am unable to extend appointments beyond the scheduled end time, as doing so would impact sanitation protocols and the next client’s booking.

Your appointment time begins at the scheduled start — not at arrival.

Each appointment is scheduled with a full hour buffer following your session to allow for personal reset, thorough sanitation of the studio, and preparation for the next client. Some sessions require additional setup and detailed cleaning protocols, which cannot be rushed.

Maintaining a clean, hygienic environment is a top priority. Every surface is disinfected between sessions using professional-grade products, and the room is fully reset before the next appointment. Your comfort and safety are always part of the experience.

LATE ARRIVALS

When a client arrives late, the session will still end at the original scheduled time. Extending appointments would compromise sanitation standards and the experience of the next guest. On rare occasions, if the appointment is scheduled at the end of my work day, a extension may be possible; however, this is not guaranteed and should not be expected. All appointments must be pre- booked in advance to ensure proper preparation and scheduling.

CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING

I understand that life happens. However, proper notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations and last-minute changes affect the entire day’s schedule. In most cases, those time slots cannot be refilled on short notice. That time was reserved specifically for you.

Out of respect for my business and other clients, adequate notice is expected.

LATE CANCELLATION POLICY

Appointments cancelled without adequate notice will incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the booked service amount. This fee must be paid via e-transfer before any future appointments can be scheduled.

Time reserved for you is time set aside exclusively for your session. When cancellations occur on short notice, it is rarely possible to refill that time slot. The cancellation policy ensures fairness and respect for the studio’s time and operating costs.

NO LAST MINUTE BOOKING POLICY

I do not accept impulsive or walk-in style appointments.

All bookings must be scheduled in advance — whether that is one day prior or earlier the same day. This ensures:

• Proper preparation

• Professional screening

• A relaxed, unrushed experience

Quality service requires planning.

NO SHOWS

Missed appointments without notice are not tolerated.

A no-show results in:

• Immediate blocking

• No future bookings honored

My time and studio space are valuable. I operate with professionalism and expect the same in return.

I maintain clear policies not to be rigid, but to protect the quality of the experience for respectful clients.

Clients who communicate clearly, arrive on time, and honor their bookings will always receive the highest level of care and professionalism in return.
